Joy-Con magnetic attachment
Unlike the previous Nintendo Switch v2 or Oled, Joy-con is connected by a slider. On Switch 2, Joy-con is connected to the device by magnets, making the connection easier and more secure.
The Analog sticks on Joy-con are also changed in technology to minimize dift like previous generations.
New stand
The kickstand on the back of Switch 2 is designed to be more sturdy and wider, and can be adjusted to more angles, allowing the device to be placed firmly on the table when playing in Tablet mode.
Dual USB-C

8 inch Display
Nintendo Switch 2 has a screen up to 8 inches. (Switch v2 has a 6.3-inch LCD screen and Nintendo Switch OLED has a 7-inch screen).
The Switch 2’s screen bezel is thinner, making for a more immersive viewing experience.
The screen resolution is 1080p (higher than the previous generation’s 720p). Switch v2 also supports 4K image output when connected to the TV Dock.

Certain Nintendo Switch games may not be supported on or fully compatible with Nintendo Switch 2.
Nintendo Switch Online members can continue using the service on Nintendo Switch 2.
